To establish credit with Romanoff (open account), applicants must submit the name of their bank and four credit references. Our standard Open Account Terms are NET 30 DAYS.

All accounts are shipped C.O.D. unless credit is established.

Freight is always collect.

There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.
