Nevertheless, price variations do occur, due to changes beyond our control. In such events, as with foreign exchange rates, shipping/freight costs, raw materials, labor, customs duties, quantity breaks, otherwise out of our control:

• We strive on a daily basis to keep our pricing up to date, however there are occasions where a price discrepancy will be out of our control.
  
• We will notify you immediately of same.
  
• It will be your option, (the customer), to either complete your transaction or cancel your order.
  
• Prices shown on our website and in our catalogs are net and are current at the time of publishing.
