Romanoff guarantees your satisfaction with all items purchased from us.

If you wish to return an item, it must be returned new, unused, freight pre-paid, and in its original packaging.

Any items returned more than 30 days from the invoice date will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge.

You also must include a copy of the invoice or packing list to insure proper credit.

Special order, non-stocked items or any item made to your specifications are not refundable.
