6″ Polishing Motor Screw-On Tapered Spindle 5/8″ Diameter

Commonly used for right hand polishing and left hand split lapping motors. Replace tapered spindles regularly as the threads on the spindle will wear out.

 Tip: If the shaft you are screwing the tapered spindle onto is too long, common with older motors, then shorten the shaft. This can easily be done by running the motor with a hacksaw blade against the turning shaft. please use protective safety glasses at all times.
