Sales Equipment Specialist

Our dynamic and fast-growing organization has an immediate need for a high performing inside sales producer to sell metal casting solutions, 3D Printing products and related supplies. The expectations for this position are to generate, identify and follow potential prospects, as well as building long term commercial relations with our customers and partners. The ideal candidate for this position will have a "hunter" mentality, success in selling technology and manufacturing solutions, and has a proven track record as inside sales professional. This position offers the perfect combination of solid technology offerings, name recognition and the strongest customer base in the territory. Your Sales Professional responsibilities include:

  • • Achieve assigned revenue targets by selling technology-based solutions for digital manufacturing and precious metal fabricators.
  • • Develop new business opportunities within our existing accounts through aggressive tele-prospecting and hosting exciting events that demonstrate the strength of our product offerings
  • • Utilize solution selling skills to evaluate customers’ needs to expand opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • • Accurately track account activity through our CRM system. Ability to travel and meet with existing and new clients.


We seek candidates with the following experience and attributes:

    • • 3+ years of inside and/or outside sales experience.
    • • A "HUNTER" mentality with strong prospecting skills.
    • • Ability and desire to make a minimum of 150 outgoing calls per week.
    • • Consultative, "solution sales" approach Outstanding communication and polished interpersonal skills.
    • • 3D printing and machinery sales experience a plus bi-lingual is a plus but not a deciding factor.
